EDGARS / RCS BAD SERVICE

account closure is the pits at Edgars now under written by RCS . I've requested closure 30 Nov 2020 via call and email. Today 25 Jan 2021 account is still not closed after numerous emails and calls , i was informed today that i still owe them R200+ after i paid off the account, valued added srvice ( funeral and accident plan ) i have on the account have now since neen cancelled , which leaves me in a vulnerable state with no funeral cover , as Edgard/ RCS did not act according there agreed SLA of account closure which is a futher slap on the wrist 36 days to process such... with obvious reasons they will keep on charging you fees resulting that the account does not close in time and you are being handed over to attorneys and being place on ITC for bedt Debt.
