Edgar's / RCS bad bad service

Edgar's account closed (due to bad service and interest charged on a 6 month interest free account) (this was the contract she signed 30+ years ago. This was the mail send to Edgar's after closing of the account - instruction was given that all covers insurances that they said was on the account needs to be cancelled my mom even paid everything as per the system and spoke (Myself) to the accounts and insurance departments to close everything on this account as this was fully paid (As per SMS they Edgar's send her on day of payment) We were informed account closed this was Feb 2021 (See communication) mid to end March my mom received a SMS to say she needs to pay R 131.00 on the account after the account was closed and informed that all needs to be cancelled - We logged a complaint however nothing was done, my mom went and paid the R 131.00 just to be informed that there was now and additional R 205.00 outstanding on this account, older people now been targeted as we were standing in the store another older lady had the same problem she also closed, This was what was send on 21 Feb 2021 with no feedback from Edgar's account was closed – as per Edgar's POS (Pending closing) on 05 Feb 2021. Was in the store made final payment as can be see attach and SMS received 20 Feb 2021. Please make sure this account is closed and everything on this account has been cancelled – I need a letter stating the account is closed mailed to me ASAP Was in contact with Edgars head office yesterday (20 Feb 2021) and RCS account have requested a recording of the conversation and was informed that everything was recorded on the account (Was informed that account closed – need conformation I also need signed proof of the insurance that my mom paid for as he never received any stamen only yesterday her address was update on the system with her phone number (if she had insurance why when she purchases a phone due to the previous ones broken was not informed that the insurance can cover the new phones
