There should be an option to select 0 stars , the services received from RCS and the Edgar group is pathetic to say the least. You add a funeral plan on to an account after it was settled and now Edgar's and RCS cannot provide a voice recording or proof that the funeral plan was taken. The managers in those call centers are lazy and you are going to lose clients in the bucket loads if this continues. Then people at RCS cry when they do not have a job but you lot are digging you grave even deeper. Learn how to treat your clients fairly !!!!
