EDGARS / RCS ACCOUT CLOSURE

It is impossible to close a edgars account, I tried yesterday the 12 March 2023 in store for 2 hours. I have a account with Edgars for the past 37 years, i received a call from RCS query why my account is not paid up to date, I confirmed that my account was paid up to date and requested what this amount was for, and was told it is for service fees. the actual store confirmed that, according to them you need to call head office, we struggled for 2 hours with no luck. I tried today again, was told to phone rcs, rcs transfer me to the headoffice, with no luck to close the account as they just do not pick up. how do I sort this out.
