EDGARS Quality of clothes

There is some of us that likes a denim. The more you wear it the better the fit. I bought a denim from Edgars Lakeside Mall, Benoni around the middle of July 2021. Upon wearing it the second time the pants stitching came loose. My wife tried to exchange it on my behalf because I was preoccupied with other matters. Without success because she is not the account holder. Just to mention that we did not have the receipt anymore with us. It was thrown away. Reason I was satisfied with the denim at that stage. I went to Edgars on Friday 06 August 2021 with the attention to give them my peace of mind on the quality of their clothing. I spoke to one of the cashiers Shongile Evelyn who called the Manager Phumalany to address my matter. To my surprise he settled the matter there and then and exchanged my Stone Harbour denim for a new one. I think we life in a time where we want quality for our money and not made in China *&^%.
