I would like to take a moment to show my appreciation to the wonderful ladies, Rafiqa and Lameez, at the Edgars Promenade cellphone section.

I had purchased a faulty item and was quite worried that I might lose my money, as returns or replacements—especially at this time of year—are often difficult. From the moment I arrived, Rafiqa acknowledged me, asked how she could assist, and ensured I was in the correct queue so I wouldn’t waste time. She was friendly, helpful, and despite clearly being exhausted, she remained warm, smiling, and professional with every customer before and after me.

Lameez was equally impressive, patiently assisting an elderly gentleman with changing settings on his smartphone, showing genuine care and kindness.

Thank you both for your outstanding service and for being such a pleasure to deal with. My husband, who was with me the entire time, even commented, “I don’t mind queuing for an hour as long as we receive service like this.” — coming from one of the most impatient people I know!
