Edgars Pritchard Street Service is bad! 👎

Had the worst experience at Edgars Pritchard today. I went there to return my order and they refused to assist me with a refund for my online purchase. The staff at the till point are ***********. The lady who was assisting me said 'I needed to print my invoice at an internet cafe' (IMAGINE!) whereas she could've just checked on the system but she refused, even when her colleague wanted to check and assist. I wish I had remembered her name and not implicate everyone in this. Management seriously needs to look into their cashier staff with regards to online orders. Even when I collected my order the was an issue and the ladies didn't not want to assist and was told I need to wait for a specific person. My overall experience with this specific store has been bad. Horrible actually!

I've since called the customer care number and Kribashnee was so kind and willing to to assist me with my query. She explained to me what the correct procedure is and that they should've called the customer care number for the invoice and that they should've been able to assist me with my refund request.

I just couldn't not complain about my experience with this store. The service needs to improve!
