EDGARS POOR SYSTEMS MIGRATION COMMUNICATION

Edgars has been taken over by Retailablity recently. I have/had an Edgars card that could be used at a number of retailers in the Group. Going in to Edgars I used the Edgars card but whilst wanting to pay the account they could not take a payment! (just imagine the effect on their collections and cashflow?). There were signs up that certain trxs could not be processed - how not to do a systems migration! Upon receiving a statement there was a card fee on the statement - never have I agreed to this charge - needless to say my account is closed forever. Whne enquireing re an account balance at Edgars I was given a value - querying the same account at Jet showed a nil balance. No, comms to customers -POOR SYSTEMS MIGRATION AND INTERNAL LIASON!
