Edgars poor services and bad management

Good day.

I have been paying Edgars account and the balance don't make sense. When i ask the cashiers they don't know what is happing and also have called customer service , no one seems to know what is going on. They even transferred me to ***** department, they also not willing to assist. The balance is going up not down and no one is using the account.
