Edgars poor service practice

What a pathetic and bad service from edgars in ******ing money from customer. I have been having these club benefits for many many years as a club member without any issues and now recently after checking my statements, my balance has been increasing despite normal monthly payments and when requesting a 2years recon to see why, they can provide it due to new administration of whatever and when i go to the branch, they cant provide a proper explanation on my account. I asked why are you charging interest on funeral benefits, still cannot explain so that had to be cancelled as this ******ing money and trying to generate revenue at my expense is uncalled for for such a big brand like Edgars. What a pathetic service
