Edgars - poor service levels. Unable to close my Account

I have sent numerous emails requesting my account to be closed. I cannot continue to pay service fees and club fees every month for an account with zero balance of purchases. Judging from all the similar reviews, it seems Edgars does not care as it is noted that business has not rep**** to similar reviews. Such poor reflection for an establishment that was once so popular in the retail industry.
