Edgars, poor service delivery

On the 14th January 2021, i went to edgars retail store based in lochlogan mall in bloemfontein, looking to buy myself a cellphone when i got there i saw a combo of Samsung Tablet A with Galaxy fit 2 and prepaid telkom simcard with 10gb data. I was fascinated with the deal decided to buy it, i only paid R 2799.90 for the whole package, the sales lady by name of Masego helped with the process of connecting and rica as well. However we struggled to connect the Samsung tablet with galaxy fit 2. Due to the fact that i was on my lunch i had to rush back to work then we decide that i should come the following day unfortunately i couldnt make it on the next day. On monday 18th january 2021 i decide to go there so that she can assist me. But still we failed and then she called another sales person to assist his name is Leon working on the cellphones component to try to assist, he did try to assist but failed too, the google which app must ee use to connect two devices, thats when we discovered that the Tablet A is not compatable with galaxy fit 2. Then i asked them to give me something that is of a value of that galaxy fit, then i was told that they cant because it is a combo, i then explained to them that this galaxy fit 2 its gona be useless if it is not compatable with the tablet and my argurment was that had i been told that the device is not compartable to each i could have bought something else, unfortunately she was not aware of that, and she only found out the moment leom googled it. I insisted to be refunded the money so that i can buy a different cellphone she said they cant take the devices back unless if it was a technical problem and so forth, she then called the manager who she refused to reveal her, she is the component manager. I think her name is Sono if i am not mistaken, the lady said i must buy a smart phone that i can use with the galaxy fit, and that there is nothing they can do because i choose that deal. I told her had i known that the devices are not compartable to each i could have bought something else, but still she said there iz nothing they can do. Thats when she became rude then i asked for store manager she **** said the store manager is not around and she turned around walked away. Today i am sitting with this devices which i am very dissatisfied because they dont serve me any purpose that i intended when i bought them. I would not recommend any one to go to edgars ,to buy a cellphone The component manager is rude and she doesnt care about the customers
