Edgars poor service

My edgars account shows that I have a deduction of edgars club vip fee which I don't know about. I don't understand how was the edgars club activated on my account without my consent! I asked them to cancel the club activation with immediate effect and refund all payment allocated to the club to my edgars account. Edgars failed to retrieve the recorded conversation where I have agreed to the terms of joining the edgars club as their calls are recorded. I am not happy at all about how things are done without my permission and I need them to refund all money deducted for the club fee and credit my account and amount of R630.
