Edgars poor service?

My Edgars account was paid in full in June 2021 and I requested my account to be closed. Every month since I received an account for service fees. Every time I am contacted by Edgars they state that all calls are recorded and then tell me that my account is in arias. I explain to the consultant about the account that should be closed. The said that they will have the transaction reversed and rectified. Now again a call from this *********** bunch, i requested all telephone calls recorded so we can sort this out. The response was that it is not available to me without a cancellation letter. What to do, no wonder the Edcon group is in trouble
