EDGARS POOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Edgars is useless at updating information. I changed my passport a few years ago and sent them the new one and was told its now in their system. I got an SA ID and sent my details again to be updated and was told it had been done. Today i called customer to verify my account balance and they could not help me because the details which are still registered is the old expired passport so they could not use my ID. So their system doesnt even pick up documents that have expired?
