Edgars - please send Paid up letter and update my credit profile, you have had a YEAR to do this

A year ago i settled my Edgars account, requested a paid up letter and that my credit profile be amended to reflect these changes. NOT ONE SINGLE ASPECT OF MY REQUESTS HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF! Edgars you have my money, now do the right thing, send the Paid up letter and get my credit profiles at all the organizations updated to reflect that this account is paid up and closed.
