Edgars Please send me a email with a direct contact number

I am fed up for Edgars phoning my husband every morning for there payment. He phoned *** and *** and explain to them the amount they are billing him for Cell C and he don't have a Cell C contract or phone. Cell C don't have anything on his Id number with them. Every time they say he must phone Cell C to cancel his subscription. I send emails twice to explain the situation and still Edgars reply when will payment be made edg******* and *** Now the account is in 3 months arrears. Why must he pay for something he don't have and explain how many times? Please help us maybe you have better luck that we do with Edgars
