Edgars please refund my money, your product was not in good quality.

Hello Peter, please rescue me from Edgars. I bought a beach towel on the 28/11/2019, after one wash the towel was teared. I confidently took it back to Edgards ,Clear water with no slip off cause because I didn't keep the slip since I trusted their products with all my heart. When I get there the treatment was horrible , I waited for an hour because their system was not working. After some time a guy called Pagiso Molefe told me they can not refund my money back they can only give me a voucher. That's where the argument started because I didn't want their voucher I wanted my money back so I can buy a beach towel somewhere else. Please help. Ziyanda Tshaya ***
