Edgars please listen!!

My dad has been trying to cancel his account since April..he has sent copious amounts of emails, phone calls galore, been to see the managers at N1 City, Canal Walk AND Tyger Valley...twice...every single time he has been told its being handled...every single time he asks for confirmation and is still waiting. On top of that..he keeps on getting threatening sms from them saying he is going to be handed over and his bill is just growing and he hasnt purchased on the account for years....he is 82 years old for heaven sakes and does not need this in his life. I have now tried again..sent emails to every single email address I can find. ...here's hoping...what on earth must one do?
