This business has gone from a clothing store with good products and services to a rip-off joint. They have deliberately set up a screen that makes it impossible to get through to client services or report *****. Trying to cancel club memberships, cancel insurances or close an account is just not possible without going to a store. Once there the staff sit you at a counter with a landline, call the call centre and run away. Hours later you're still no further in sorting out anything. I work at sea and come home sporadically and eventually have to give up. This RCS company representatives are either extremely ill trained and *********** or are superb at obfuscation and round routing one through all departments without making any effort to address concerns. I've had insurances and 'benefits' added to my account and been unable to remove it. A staff member at Jet stores **** about an adjustment to my account which would come at a cost to me. She and her store manager argued that it was not so until I left the store in frustration with it still in place. Trying to cancel insurances in your account is to shorten your life expectancy. I pray regularly for this den of iniquity to disappear.
