Edgars Please assist

I am disappointed with how Edgars has thrown its clients to the wolves. I have been trying to claim for a lost cellphone since November 2020. I have paid numerous amounts yet I still sit with no phone. I am being taken for a ride, Perhaps the next step is to take legal action. When I dealt with the Edgars cell phone team it was always a pleasure and everything was clearly explained now I sit paying premiums every month but can not access any services they promised. I am really disappointed.
