Edgars play by no rules! You're toxic!

Despite having a R13 400 credit line available to me which I haven't made use of for several years, Edgars had me Credit Bureau listed for R140 outstanding for 3 months. My 20 year great payment history appears to have slipped their attention completely. I was not contacted by Edgars at all in this regard, just slapped with a listing which now remains on my record for 24 months. Thanks Edgars. My question is, how come you haven't reduced my credit line with Edgars since I'm a "poor payer" in your opinion, yet when I apply for FNB online store, I'm declined due to your listing? How does this work? You appear to be determined to destroy your good clients, good bye, never put my foot in another Edgars or related store. You're toxic to the core!
