Edgar's payment issues when account is up to date???

Once again Edgar's gets it wrong. As per my previous review they kept on phoning over payments that was always up to date from my side. Today I get a nother call that they dont se my payment for May and asks for proof of payment to be emailed to them. This is getting really annoying now, are they that unorganized......................
