Edgars payback the money you owe me!!!!!

Last week I made a post and they were quick to phone me and ask for everything again. The lady told me if I send everything to her now she can get started with my payback which I asked for months ago.

Its been almost a week and no communication from Edgars, I can't get hold of anyone to get an update on my request and it been months that they have not to pay back my money, but if I check the statement, they are still taking R23 a month for serves charge.
