Edgars payback my money

On Sunday the 17th of July I went to Edgars the glen to request for a refund, and I was assisted by a gentleman by the name Thabiso, Thabiso decided not to give me cash but do an EFT into my account I don't know why but that's what he did, I have since not received my money but Edgars has its goods, I went into the store they told me they will log a call and I must send my ID, bank statement and receipt, despite the fact that the receipt showing that the payment did not go through, I refused to send my bank statement and my ID as those my personal document and I am not willing to sent them to anyone as I am not at fault but their manager now Fazeel literally told us to **** off coz its either that or the high road, that Fazeel had an attitude and has zero customer service skills he should be demoted or taken to customer service training, Edgars owes me money en unless I send them my personal documents, they will continue to owe me money.
