Edgars pay back

I kept on paying my account during lockdown although I didn't get an account from Edgars. In August I requested my statement and realized I was in credit with them. I closed my account the same day and has been struggling to get my money back since then. I have send numerous emails and made a lot of phone calls to sort this our. Even went into my branch and send it through them as well. Still no payment received from them. It is now 10 months. This is unacceptable.
