Edgars Pathetic Service

They have issued new cards and have a system that never works. I have been trying for the last 3 hours to set up pin code through their call center. This is terrible customer service and I now realise why this company is going under yet we are ones trying to support the business and ensure that our accounts are up to date all the time.
