Edgars Pathetic Service
I have ordered online on the 9th May 2020 and order has not even been processed I have phoned numerous times and no one can help me track a order the order *** can not be tracked online when I try , ive asked numerous times to speak to the supervisor Neheng and has not contacted me back this is terrible service And I will advise to everyone that this is not a good company to be a customer to I will close my account with Edgars and never use them again the order has not even been processed

I requested for the supervisor to contact me 28th May 2020 , i received a call on the 29th May 2020 regarding this order and she advised she will follow up with the order and give me a call in Half an hour i have not received this call to follow up wit my order have not received reference number or nothing , more empty promises by Edgars, this has been 3 Weeks and no one can tell me where the order is or nothing this is ridiculous and will definitely not recommend to anyone and i will be changing to a different Store and Edgars
