Edgar's pathetic service

My mum has been making monthly payments on time to her account. She makes payments at the Jet stores as the Edgar's branch closed in her area. She has all the receipts. Edgars has blacklisted her and the agents at the call centre were rude and of no assistance. No one even called her. Even the branch staff dont assist. She is disabled and cannot run around for Edgar's incompetence.
