Phoned for 2 weeks now to follow up on online order same story everyday it is supposed to be delivered just that nothing more, i have no tracking number next week it will be a month i am waiting on this order, you order winter clothes to actually receive it during winter not after, i mailed you more than 10 times with no response, call centre and complaints nothing i am actually just fed up with this bull****, no wonder your stores want to close because your service is pathetic, and you will be in financial difficulties because every one is closing their accounts, please wake up.

29 May 2020, 11:50I am very upset with your service i have been put on hold for more than an hour phoning from a cellphone to speak to your call centre manager regarding my online order that i still did not receive, i want a date and time when i will receive this order if not before Wednesday when i will be waiting a month i will cancel and close my account and make sure you will refund me the same day i have been waiting long enough now.
