Edgars pathetic service

What a horrible experience with edgars.First I tried to get my balance of what I owe on the online service but the system won't allow me because they captured my cell number incorrectly i had to go into an edgars branch to assist me.i phone them for assistance then they ask me for a copy of my ID which I email to them but they blocked my account because of their ***********ance.They have blocked my card and I'm unable to use it.Then today I tried to buy using my card the branch tried to phone so that my card can be unblocked but no one assisted them as the phone just rang for 30 min.I pay every month even if I don't use my card so I have a credit on my card.
