EDGARS = PATHETIC

Be very wary of Edgars. They added a Funeral plan and Family provider plan on my account without my consent and knowledge thereof. Luckily I noticed this on my staement. People... Check your statements every month! This is how they catch you.

I have been waiting a month for new amended statements since I demanded those fees be taken off and refunded. Still no new statements to this day but the fees were taken off.

I cancelled my account last week Monday and were told that I will receive communication within two days... It's a week now and no communication was sent out.

I emailed Edgars last week Wednesday to confirm this and still no feedback from them to this day.

WHAT A PATHETIC BUNCH... No wonder Edgars is in a financial crisis... now they are trying to ***** peoples money so that they can stay open... ???

What a disgrace
