Edgars Pathetic
I purchased an online order in March , a double deduction went of my account, the amount is R2800. After numerous e-mails and calls it is still not refunded back into my account. The call centre is useless because they have to escalate the matter where they promised me someone will phone me the same day. .. .well it is now month later. Before that, I have been sending over 15 mails without any response, I got maybe 2 responses out of almost 25 emails. One response was "have your query been sorted" .... the other response was, it has been refunded but what the hell - they cant even read dates and what they did was, to add multiple refunds together for purchases made 2 and 3 months later and said it was refunded. Well it was not for it is different purchases. We are now at end July, the double deduction on 1 purchase was beginning of march. I AM STILL WAITING

PLEASE READ! THE REFUNDS MADE IS TOTALLY FOR OTHER PURCHASES AND NOT THE DOUBLE BILLING OF 6 MARCH 2020!!!!!!!!!!!
- The amount of R1189.85 was for order number *** that was cancelled due to Edgards not having stock. (order date was 09/05/2020)
- Order *** – was items I returned for the amount of R656.85 (order date was 25/04/2020)
- Order *** – some of the items was not in stock so a refund made for it (order date was 02/05/2020)
- Order *** – some of the items was not in stock so a refund was made for it (06/05/2020)
