Edgars Paid Up Letter and I AM GETTING IGNORED.
Guys! No, No, No This is not on. I have been asking for a paid-up letter for the last 2 months and You lot are ignoring me. I paid up this account 3 years ago and yet you blacklisted me. Haibo! who do I need to speak to? to actually get my paid-up letter. Please, guys.

I paid you lot 3 years so why the Hell are you still saying I owe you. You better remove that damn blacklist under my name.
