EDGARS PAID UP LETTER/ ACCOUNT

Good day i had an account with Edgars many moons ago and the account was paid off, now it still shows as outstanding even though i paid it off, thus affecting my credit. I have tried calling and emailing but nothing has been done. I need a paid.
