Edgars paid up letter

I settled my account that was handed over to Mdb I’m June 2020. But to this date my account still shows that it’s owing. I have been calling and sending emails. I’m not getting any assistance. The account is also still reflecting negatively on my credit record. I can’t get a paid up letter or statement from Edgars I’m so frustrated I don’t know what else to do.
