Edgars Paarl mall unprofessional admin manager
Received bad treatment from the store admin manager today and I am totally not happy with it. I went to the store with an R800 item that is damaged and after she explained to another staff member and that staff member came back to me to explain to me what to do and as I walked away that staff member and admin manager laughed so hard as if I'm a nothing. I feel utterly down and feel that the admin manager Gugu is unprofessional.

15 Jun 2021, 15:31Since my bad treatment complain to Edgars in MARCH. They still has not come back to me. I am utterly still unhappy about the treatment I got and they are not even concerned about how their customers feel.
