Edgar's overchanging

Good day im experiencing the bad service at Edgar's i was over changed on my account for more than 3 years for a subscription that i didn't subscribe when i ask about it they just gave me the reference number only and I've been waiting for the response since early this year i find it like a day light ******* as i wasn't using that subscription and I've been paying for it for more than 3 years i need my money back in cash they take time to resolve this matter I've been waiting for too long now
