Edgars OTA service fee but not subscribed to service

<p>I have cancelled my OTA service subcription to buy air time from my edgars account but a service fee is still being charged monthly. i called Edgars several times to calncell the service but the confirm that i am unsubscribed from the service. i have been experiencing the same issue for the past two years. i tried to purchase air time using the service three weeks back but i got a USSD code reply that i am not subcribed to the service. i unsubscribed the service because it was costing me money on my account but still i am charged. i will be glad if edgars refund me my money since day of unsubscription </p>
