Edgars OTA not cancelled

<p>I took out a Cell C airtime for 12 months bundle which has gone far beyond 12 months. I've tried twice to cancel it only to be told that it has been cancelled. My latest Edgars statement still show the R39 deduction. I would suggest anyone be very careful before subscribing through a service with Edgars OTA. My reference number for the cancellation is: EDCN-160 ********** 282. I'm not looking for a refund as the airtime has been received but I want to the service to be cancelled immediately please. </p>
