EDGARS ONLINE TERRIBLE SERVICE

I made an online purchase early December but never received the order. Made contact via email for a refund as I haven’t received the order but yet the payment was made and funds were deducted from my bank account. Up until today, literally 2 months later I haven’t received any feedback or refund. I’ve been sending emails but no solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EDGARS ONLINE TO ANYONE!!
