Edgars Online sucks

I bought sneakers bigger size on Edgars online and i called the smae day i received my delivery they promised to call me after 48 hours . That was Wednesday last week till today no one called. I decided to go and request a refund from nearest Edgars store as i was not getting help.

2nd problem . Wrong dress was delivered to me and no explanation was made. Which i think it was done intentionally because even the price tag was removed the SKU number was written by pen instead OF the printed one . So am not happy because i dnt even know whether the dress i received worth the price i paid for other dress. Am stuck with the dress here and no call so far .
