Edgar’s online store is useless

On my first online order with Edgar’s. Everything paid and order confirmed. Only on the next day I received an sms saying that my order will be delayed due to a move in their customer fulfillment centre. Even after I opted to collect the order from my nearest store. Ive emailed them requesting for a refund, but no response from Edgar’s. NEVER again will I purchase from the Edgar’s online store. It’s not effective.
