Edgar's online shopping very unreliable

Hello. I'm very disappointed in Edgar's right now. On the 27th July 2019 I purchased shoes for my husband's birthday, which is on 9th August. The online purchase and order went well. I opted for the click and collect option. Well it is more than 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I've been to the store to check, phoned customer services to no avail. Where is my purchase? I really want it before my husband's birthday. Please find my parcel Lynn
