Edgars online shopping fail

Don't bother buying online at edgars. I made a purchase on the Edgars website and chose the option to pick it up at their Hemingways store. I've been waiting for my order for the past 13 days. On the website they claim to deliver within 2-5 days. I can't even track where my order is since the portal to track your order hasn't worked since I bought the stuff.. With this type of service they can expect to lose more customers
