Edgar's online service is terrible

Absolutely disgusted with Edgar's online service. I placed two orders with Edgar's one on the 9th of May which was paid for and I have not received a confirmation or order number. The second order was placed on the 13th of May and this package arrived today with my name on the box but somebody else's stuff inside. I have been on hold with customer service for the 30 minutes and then they just hang up.
