Edgars online ****

I bought online at Edgars on 5 May 2020, I received an order number and email saying the delivery would take 2-3 weeks.

I have been sending emails and calling since 13 May as I have relocated to another province and the delivery address would have to be changed. So last week I finally got through to the call centre, the advised me that the address has been changed - ref ***/GO.

So I called again on Thursday as it was now really absurd to have to wait almost a month for an order..... The lady informed me that the warehouse is still busy picking my order, so it was not even with the couriers or anything yet - basically in 4 weeks time nothing has been done!! I cancelled the order and was said that I would be refunded my money - ref ***/GO.

I tried calling today at 8h20 and again at 8h36 just to get the answering machine saying their operating hours are from 8h00 am to 18h00 pm...... which is clearly not the case!!!!

At this point it looks like the Edgars online store is just a **** *****ing peoples money...... My order was a large amount that I cannot just forget, I NEED MY REFUND!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend anyone to ever shop online at Edgars - you will just loose money!!!
