Edgars online *******!!!!

I bought clothes online at Edgars on the 11th May just after the sale of clothes for kids was permitted. Today is the 4th June, I have not received my order from Edgars. I have not heard anything from them except the machine generated responses. I tried calling their customer centre number with no success! All I want is money back now so I can go buy my kids clothes elsewhere! No wonder shops like Edgars close down, it is this lack of customer service!
