Edgars online refunds incorrect amount
I'm really not satisfied with Edgars online's service. I have waited 2 month's for a refund because my order got hijacked only to find that they refund me an incorrect amount! Unbelievable! This they did after I persisted for my refund! Well, I do want the R50 that's short in the refund they made. They reversed R730 instead of R780!
I urgently await a reply. Honestly, I have never encountered such bad service online before!
