Edgar's online poor service

Ordering online from Edgar's was the worst ever I'll never order from them again I placed an order on the 17th of December told it take 3 - 5 working days I waited thinking since it's holidays they gave me a call only on the 30th December saying they will deliver on the 2nd of January I was fine with that waited nothing... Was call every day just to confirm my address but 4 people and yet I was told on the 7th my order is 2minutes away from my address I then wait instead of going home I waited nothing come call the following date I was told it's out on delivery... I then requested the to cancel the order and get a refund Im being told stories as well from waiting on my order from 17 December till 9 January poor service that's being delivered to me still waiting for my refund that I don't know I'll receive.
